Let me now tell you about the troubles Silvia is facing with the ERSTE Bank. I don't like them for many reasons, but one has been their lag of support for the problem Silvia is facing here in Japan.
She just won't get money from her bank card.
Me on the other hand, a customer of an other big Austrian bank, has no problems to get money with my bank card. Just imagine you in Japan without the chance to get money...
Sorry but that is just bullshit!
